So do we control or let go? It’s a simple shift in perspective, allowing you to see it can be both. The key here is it should feel freeing and empowering.
“Control” is not about controlling what’s outside of you. Trying to control what’s outside of you is possessive and reactive, motivated from scarcity and fear.
Instead.. “control” what is within you - your focus, your attention, & your responses to the world. You control what you want to believe in, what actions you take or don’t take, what words you say and don’t say. You control how you show up and what you think of yourself.
Do not control other people and their actions. This does not mean you are ok with people acting however they want while you are a doormat.
Let people show you how they choose to be and you DECIDE whether that is in alignment with you. You have control on how you respond and whether or not you will allow them in your life. That is where your power lies.
Let go of things that do not serve you, such as fear, anxiety, frustrations, self sabotage, & old patterns. Let go of trauma, resistance, resentment, anger, and anything that is blocking you from receiving your blessings. Let go of needing to control the outcome and your judgements of how things “should” be. By choosing to let go of things that do not serve you, you will feel energetically lighter.
Letting go is an act of surrendering, believing that things will work out as they need to. Letting go is trusting and having faith that what’s meant for you will never pass you.
